What is EARTH?
EARTH stands for Eaglebot Aviation Research and Technologies Home. We chose the name because it represents our dedication to the protection of the environment and the technologies that it has to offer.
Why should I buy from EARTH instead of other companies?
EARTH gives back to the community! A percentage of your purchase will go towards the Green Foundation and its quest for a healthier planet and upon you are also given an option to donated a percentage towards a non profit organization of your choice.
Earth Earnings is our customer benefit program. Each purchase is worth a certain number of Earth Points which can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
We will match 10% of every purchase you make and donate it one of our approved environmental protection organizations. You can even choose where you would like the donations to go to from our list of eleven organizations!
How do I know the status of my order?
We offer a free service called Order Status in which you can check the status of your order online. All you need is your name and Order Confirmation Number (OCN) which you will receive at the time of purchase. If you lose your OCN, contact Customer Service at 770-595-8799 to receive a new OCN. If you do not have internet access you can also check your order status by calling Customer Service.
What is EARTH’s Warranty policy?
Our warranty plan covers all parts and labor associated with said parts. With the purchase of our plan, this is free of charge for the first five years, which at the end of, you will be given the option to renew.
Can I arrange a visit to EARTH?
Of course! Please schedule ahead of time.
Are there discounts for large purchases?
Yes. Discounts are based on a variable scale with an additional discount for educators.
